 The AxoScanTM Mueller Matrix Polarimeter simultaneously measures all of the polarization properties of a sample.  With our easy-to-use AxoViewTM graphical interface, the system provides real-time updates at 10 measurements per second of any polarization property, presented in an intuitive format.

The high measurement speed of the AxoScanTM system allows applications in process control and active alignment of polarization-sensitive components.  Additionally, the polarimeter can quickly average a large number of Mueller matrices to make ultra-high-precision measurements.

The polarimeter can also be controlled remotely through an RS-232 interface, allowing easy integration with tunable optical sources, simple development of automated measurement systems, and the capability for real-time in situ process control.

AxoScanTM systems can be shipped with a diode lasers or with an input for a user-supplied fiber-coupled sources.

The following upgrade options are also available:

SpectroPolarimeter Upgrade incorporates an arc lamp and scanning monochromator to perform automated spectral measurements from 450 to 800 nm.

XY Scan Table Upgrade incorporates an XY scan table for making 2D maps of the polarization properties of samples up to 6" (250 mm) square.
